[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital yang terdiri atas komponen Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), dan Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), pertumbuhan perusahaan (EG) , dan capital gain (AR). Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang konsisten terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sejumlah 26 perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Intellectual capital (VAICTM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (2) Intellectual capital (VAICTM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan, (3) Intellectual capital (VAICTM) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap capital gain. Kata Kunci:Intellectual Capital, VAICTM, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan perusahaan, Capital Gain, PLS (Partial Least Square).

ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to examine the effect intellectual capital which consists of component Value Added Capital Employed (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on profitability (ROA), firm’s growth (EG) and capital gain (AR). The research populations are banking companies which are consistently listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2015. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. Based to pre-defined criteria, the researcher obtains 26 samples companies. Based on the results of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) show that: (1) Intellectual capital (VAICTM) significant influence to the profitability, (2) Intellectual capital (VAICTM) significant influence to the firm’s growth, (3) Intellectual capital (VAICTM) not significant influence to the capital gain.
