[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
ABSTRAK Perkembangan dunia bisnis yang semakin kompetitif menyebabkan perubahan besar dalam hal persaingan produksi, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, penanganan transaksi antara perusahaan dengan konsumen serta perusahaan dengan perusahaan lain. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja perusahaan di PT. Marinal Indoprima Kapedi dengan mengidentifikasi stakeholder perusahaan dan menyusun key performance indicator. Selanjutnya dilakukan pembobotan AHP untuk setiap key performance indicator yang sudah divalidasi. Pembobotan ditujukan terhadap 3 respondeh ahli (pakar) dan paling mengerti perusahaan sehingga responden yang dipilih adalah kepala perusahaan, manager SDM dan manager produksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah scoring masing-masing perspektif dan key performance indicator unit perusahaan. Bobot hasil pengukuran kinerja dengan metode AHP antara lain : 0,5239 untuk pemilik, 0,1597 untuk karyawan, 0,1001 untuk pelanggan, 0,1752 untuk supplier dan 0,0409 untuk masyarakat. Dan untuk nilai performansi perusahaan adalah 5,99. Kata Kunci : Pengukuran Kinerja Perusahaan, IPMS, AHP, Objective Matrix (OMAX), Traffic Light System

ABSTRACT The development of an increasingly competitive business world leads to major changes in terms of production competition, human resource management, handling transactions between companies and consumers and companies with other companies. The study aims to measure the performance of the company in PT. Marinal Indoprima Kapedi by identifying company stakeholders and formulating key performance indicators. The AHP weighting for each validated key performance indicator is then performed. Weighting is directed to 3 experts (expert) and most understand the company so that the selected respondents are head of company, human resource manager and production manager. The result of this research is scoring each perspective and key performance indicator of company unit. The weight of the performance measurement with AHP method are: 0,5239 for owner, 0,1597 for employee, 0,1001 for customer, 0,1752 for supplier and 0,0409 for community.
