[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Pulau Bawean merupakan salah satu pulau kecil yang termasuk kedalam wilayah Kabupaten Gresik, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pulau Bawean memiliki kawasan perairan pantai yang jernih sehingga berpotensi dijadikan sebagai kawasan ekowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui kualitas perairan di Pulau Gili Noko, (2) Mengetahui kesesuaian Pulau Gili Noko sebagai kawasan ekowisata pantai, (3) Mengetahui daya dukung Pulau Gili Noko sebagai kawasan ekowisata pantai. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan komparasi atau membandingkan antara data yang di dapatkan dari hasil penelitian dengan membandingkan dari baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas perairan di Pulau Gili Noko Bawean termasuk dalam kategori sesuai. Pulau Gili Noko memiliki nilai Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) berkisar antara 94,04-100 % dan termasuk dalam kategori (S1) atau sangat sesuai. Pulau Gili Noko memiliki estimasi daya dukung kawasan pada stasiun 1 kondisi surut sebanyak 156 orang/hari dan pada kondisi pasang sebanyak 148 orang/hari. Estimasi daya dukung kawasang di stasiun 2 kondisi surut sebanyak 696 orang/hari dan pada kondisi pasang sebanyak 636 orang/hari. Bawean island is one of the island that belongs to the Gresik Regency Region, East Java Province. Bawean Island has clear waters beach that potentially becoming ecotourism region. The purpose of this research is (1) to know the water quality of the water on Gili Noko Island. (2) to know suitability of Gili Noko Island as ecotourism beach region. (3) To know the carrying capacity of Gili Noko Island as ecotourism beach region. The method that were used is by comparing between the data that were obtained from the research site to the quality standart that were set. The result shows that the water quality of Gili Noko Island belongs to the apropriette category. Gili Noko Island has tourism suitability index value (IKW) between 94,04100 % and belongs to the (S1) or suitable category. Gili Noko Island has regional carrying capacity on the lowest tide on the first station for 156 people / day and the highest tide for 148 people / day. Carrying capacity on the lowest tide on the second station for receded 696 people / day and the highest tide for 636 people / day.
