[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal dan kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham. Metode penelitian ini adalah meta analisis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh jurnal mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalahseluruh jurnal mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham mulai dari tahun 2013-2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling banyak mempengaruhi harga saham adalah return on asset (ROA), current ratio (CR), dan debt to equity ratio (DER). Kata kunci : meta analisis, struktur modal, kinerja keuangan, harga saham

The purpose of this study are to analysis the impact of capital structure and financial performance on share price. This study method is a meta-analysis. The population in this study are all the journals regarding the factor that influence the share price. While the samples of this study are all the journals regarding the factor that influence the share price start from 2013-2018. The result of this study indicate that the variable that most influence the share price is return on asset (ROA), current ratio (CR), and debt to equity ratio (DER).
