Penggunaan jaringan komputer menjadi sangat meningkat dikarenakan kebutuhan akan informasi yang menjadi semakin tinggi. Pesatnya perkembangan ini menyebabkan individu, perusahaan, sekolah dan pemerintah bergabung dengan layanan internet, hal tersebut mengakibatkan lebih banyak pengguna ilegal menyerang serta menghancurkan jaringan yang telah dibuat. Pada lokasi penelitian di sekolah SMK Al Fattah Kertosono, kondisi jaringan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara menggunakan topologi star dengan perangkat modem sering disalah gunakan untuk mengambil beberapa bandwidth, sehingga membuat peneliti mengembangkan sistem keamanan jaringan untuk mengamankan modem dengan menambahkan perangkat Router Mikrotik RB-941 Hap Lite. Tujuan daei penelitian ini guna mengembangkan desain topologi di lokasi penelitian serta melakukan pengujian untuk mencegah serangan ke dalam Mikrotik RB-941 Hap Lite. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PPDIOO yang terdiri dari prepare, plan, design, implement, operate dan optimize. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan desain topologi dilokasi penelitian serta melakukan pengujian untuk mencegah serangan eksploit dengan menggunakan layanan Winbox Exploit, serangan brute force dengan menggunakan layanan hydra serta serangan DoS dengan menggunakan layanan hping3 pada perangkat Router Mikrotik RB-941 Hap Lite

The rapid development of this causes individuals, companies, schools and governments to join the internet service, it causes more illegal users to attack and destroy the network that has been created. At the research location at the Al Fattah Kertosono Vocational School, network conditions based on the results of observations and interviews using a star topology with modem devices are often misused to take up some bandwidth, thus making researchers develop a network security system to secure the modem by adding a Mikrotik RB-941 Hap Router. Lite. The purpose of this research is to develop a topological design at the research site and to conduct tests to prevent attacks on the Mikrotik RB-941 Hap Lite. This study uses the PPDIOO method which consists of prepare, plan, design, implement, operate and optimize. The results of this study are to develop a topology design at the research location and conduct tests to prevent exploit attacks using the Winbox Exploit service, brute force attacks using the hydra service and DoS attacks using the hping3 service on the Mikrotik RB-941 Hap Lite Router.
