Pariwisata merupakan salah satu alat bagi suatu negara untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Maka perhatian terhadap berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata perlu menjadi prioritas pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra destinasi dan fasilitas wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas wisatawan di area wisata Mangrove Labuhan, Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 70 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan; 2) fasilitas pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan; 3) kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas wisatawan;rn4) citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas wisatawan; 5) fasilitas pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas wisatawan; 6) Kepuasan wisatawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam hubungan antara citra destinasi terhadap loyalitas wisatawan, serta; 7) Kepuasan wisatawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam hubungan antara fasilitas wisata terhadap loyalitas wisatawan, di kawasan wisata Mangrove, Labuhan, Bangkalan.

This study aimed to determine the effect of destination image and tourism facilities on tourist satisfaction and its impact on tourist loyalty in the Mangrove Tourism Area, Labuham, Bangkalan. The data that has been collected were then analyzed by path analysis. The results of the study showed that: 1) destination image has a positive and insignificant effect on tourist satisfaction; 2) tourism facilities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction; 3) tourist satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on tourist loyalty; 4) destination image has a positive and insignificant effect on tourist loyalty; 5) tourism facilities have a positive and significant effect on tourist loyalty; 6) tourist satisfaction does not have a significant effect on the relationship between destination image on tourist loyalty, well as; 7) touristrnsatisfaction does not have a significant effect on the relationship between tourism facilities on tourist loyalty in Mangrove tourism area, Labuhan, Bangkalan.
