Dalam pemerintahan desa, pendapatan asli desa merupakan pendapatan yang bersumber dari hasil usaha desa, adapun bentuk usaha yang dapat dijalankan oleh pemerintah desa melalui badan usaha milik desa selanjutnya disebut (Bumdes) ialah desa wisata, di kabupaten sampang desa wisata yang telah berstatus maju adalah Desa Wisata Bira Tengah, meski telah berstatus maju desa wisata tersebut masih menghadapi tantang berupa rendahnya keterlibatan masyarakat akibat adanya pandangan yang salah terhadap dunia pariwisata sehingga perlu adanya jawaban atas tantangan tersebut. Agile governance merupakan jawaban atas tantangan tersebut sebab konsep ini menekankan tata kelola yang gesit, adaptif dan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif serta adanya penggunaan teknologi. Sehingga perlu diketahui bagaimana pengaturan prinsip-prinsip Agile governance dalam peraturan perundang-undangan serta bagaimana kesesuaian penerapan prinsiprnprinsip Agile governance dalam pengelolaan Desa Wisata Bira Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan hukum empiris. pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan sosiologi hukum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa dalam peraturan perundangrnundangan terdapat beberapa prinsip-prinsip dari Agile governance yang telah diatur secara implisit dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan desa wisata antara lain : good enough governance, business driven, human focused, Based on quickwins, systemic and adaptive approach, Sedangkan penerapan 6 prinsip dari agile governance di Desa Wisata Bira Tengah 5 prinsip telah diterapkan antara lain : good enough governance, bussiness driven, human focused, based quick wins, systemic and adaptive approach sedangkan prinsip yang belum diterapkan adalah simple design and continuous refinement. In village governance, original village revenue is income sourced from village enterprises. One form of enterprise that can be run by the village government thru the village-owned enterprise (Bumdes) is a tourist village. In Sampang Regency, the tourist village that has achieved advanced status is Desa Wisata Bira Tengah. Although it has achieved advanced status, the tourist village still faces challenges such low community involvement due to misconceptions about the tourism industry, necessitating a response to these challenges. Agile governance is the answer to these challenges because this concept emphasizes agile, adaptive governance that actively involves the community and incorporates the use of technology. Therefore, it is necessary to understand how the principles of Agile governance are regulated in legislation and how the application of Agile governance principles aligns with the management of Bira Tengah Tourism Village.rnThe research method uses empirical law. The approaches taken are the statute approach and the sociological approach to law.rnThe results of this study indicate that within the legislation, several principles of Agile governance have been implicitly regulated in the laws related to tourist villages, including: good enough governance, business driven, human focused, based on quick wins, systemic and adaptive approach. Meanwhile, the implementation of the 6 principles of agile governance in Bira Tengah Tourist Village has seen 5 principles applied, namely: good enough governance, business driven, human focused, based on quick wins, systemic and adaptive approach, while the principle that has not yet been implemented is simple design and continuous refinement.rnKeywords: Agile Governance, Regulation, Tourist Village.
