[ Anotasi Abstrak ]
Parcially using t test shows that the variableof cooperative and spirit working is significantly, but the variable of dicipline working is not influenced significanthy to the workers of PT. PLN (Persero) Ditribution Of East Java in Mojokerto Area. But the working is a dominant variable which give influence. So the conclusion is improving the work achievement PT. PLN (Persero) Ditribution Of East Java in Mojokerto Area must improve work spirit froom cooperative work.
